You must present your SAVINGS CLUB card each time you make a purchase, return merchandise or redeem SAVINGS CLUB Rewards.

All qualifying purchases will be credited to your account. Qualifying purchases include all regular, sale, clearance and gift card purchases.

If you forgot your SAVINGS CLUB card, you can still get credit for your purchases. Your cashier can give you a form with directions on how to add your purchase information to your account.

Members may request an additional card for another family member. All points will accrue to the member whose name appears on the member profile.

Sales tax, bulk sales and merchandise purchased for resale will not be credited to your SAVINGS CLUB account.

You will not receive Club Points for the amount of a purchase paid for in the form of SAVINGS CLUB Rewards or Shoe Carnival Gift Cards.

The point value of returned merchandise will be deducted from any points applied to your account.

SAVINGS CLUB Rewards are valid for one year from the date of issue and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

SAVINGS CLUB Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or the purchase of Gift Cards.

Employees of Shoe Carnival, Inc. and its affiliates and their spouses, parents and children are not eligible for membership.

SAVINGS CLUB memberships may lapse after twelve months with no sales activity and members' points may be forfeited at the option of Shoe Carnival, Inc.

Shoe Carnival, Inc. may, at any time, terminate or modify the SAVINGS CLUB program without further obligation to members.
